WaraPuru Villas
The WaraPuru is an exclusive resort, with only 21 villas centered around a small boutique hotel with 40 bungalows, designed by famous designer Anouska Hempel, together with Rio's famous architects Bernardes-Jacobsen.
Each home will come completely furnished and finished, and will have a private butler to attend to the needs of owners and their guests.
Built areas range from 750 to 1500 m² (some 8000 to 16000 sq.ft.) on plots of around 5000m² - some 1.2 acres each.
The location on Itacaré's "Engenhoca" beach is simply stunning - as Wallpaper coined it: "James Bond style".
