This is a large coconut farm, 16km from Trancoso, with a one kilometer long private beach and three independent houses.
It is on the next beach from Espelho - considered one of the 5 most beautiful in Brazil - where romantic restaurants, bars and lounges under coconut trees can be reached after a nice walk by the sea.
the main house has one double room with private bathroom; plus two double rooms share one bathroon.
There is a large living next to the dining room and kitchen. Superb view of the sea from the terraces.
House II has a living, kitchen and two rooms, each with private baths and 3 single beds.
House III has living, kitchen and one double room with bath.
Horses are available for a ride on the beach.
Service - one cook, 3 house maids, 2 gardeners and a manager living on the property.
